Jenn Lessard

Jenn Lessard has dedicated the last 7 years at Harbor Care to help build a supportive environment for recovery in New Hampshire, providing a lifeline for those affected by addiction towards a healthier future.

Jenn is a Senior Accountant for the Peer Recovery Support Services Facilitating Organization. She has worked at Harbor Care for almost 7 years. Her role brings central components of accountability, innovation, and collaboration to the F.O. team. Above all, Jenn always a positive attitude and demonstrates a consistent willingness to learn. 

In her work at Harbor Care, Jenn assists our subcontracted Recovery Community Organizations (RCOs) in budget development, timely and accurate invoice submissions, sustainability, and cash flow management. She also assists Harbor Care’s Finance Department in processing bank statements, reconciliation, and reporting needs. She was instrumental in developing and implementing a paperless procedure which includes tools and system checks to audit and track grant invoice submissions. Jenn offers technical assistance that is tailored to the abilities and readiness of the individual RCOs. 

Jenn also helps oversees the Workforce Outfitting funding. The funding for this program is provided by NH Healthy Families and offers financial assistance to participants at subcontracted RCOs to find or maintain meaningful employment.
