Kaitlin Slippy

Kaitlin Slippy  is a part-time Administrative Assistant with the Facilitating Organization at Harbor Care, where she has served since 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), where she built a strong foundation in financial systems, auditing, and organizational operations.

Following graduation, she began her career in taxation and auditing, gaining hands-on experience in financial compliance and business accountability. Over time, she developed a deep interest in public service and community health, leading her to transition into the healthcare and recovery field.

At Harbor Care, she supports administrative functions that strengthen systems of care for individuals affected by substance use disorders. With a unique blend of financial expertise and a heartfelt commitment to the community, she strives to ensure that the work behind the scenes translates into meaningful support for those on the path to recovery.
