Recovery from substance use disorder was a relatively new topic to me before I joined Harbor Care and learned about their powerful vision. Seven years ago, I had the opportunity to work alongside experts in this field and become part of their inspiring mission. Since then, I’ve continued to grow professionally in healthcare data analytics while supporting Harbor Care’s recovery-focused goals. This journey has not only helped me advance my technical skills—it’s also given me a deep sense of purpose and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our community.
Throughout my time at Harbor Care, I’ve supported the FO team and Recovery Community Organizations with a wide range of data analysis and reporting needs. My work includes conducting data quality checks, generating both random and regular reports for funders, and creating dashboards to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
While working in this role, I earned my MS in Healthcare Informatics from UMass Lowell. I currently serve as the Senior Data Analyst for Harbor Care’s Peer Recovery Support Services (PRSS) FO program, where I continue to apply my skills to support impactful, data-driven decision-making.
