Kourtney Soucy

Kourtney Soucy is currently the Assistant Project Director for the Peer Recovery Support Services -Facilitating Organization at Harbor Care.

In this role, Kourtney works in collaboration with the State of NH and Recovery Community Organizations (RCO) throughout the state. Aspects of this role aid and assist the RCO’s in deliver community-based recovery services through financial, administrative, quality assurance/improvement, and technical supports.

Kourtney received her Bachelor’s in Recreation Management and Policy with a minor in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. She later obtained her Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University.

Prior to this role, she worked in hospital healthcare and senior living, leading program and project management that directly impacted residential seniors, hospitalized inpatients and the community at large. Such programs required collaborative community engagement to provide services that were integrative, holistic and person-centered.

Kourtney not only supports these aspects of wellbeing within her professional role but also embodies them personally.
