Elyssa Sage
Elyssa Sage has been working in the substance use and recovery field for seven years. She is currently the Assistant Project Director for the Peer Recovery Support Services Facilitating Organization at Harbor Care. In this role, Elyssa is responsible for expanding quality peer recovery support services by developing and sustaining Recovery Community Organizations in the state of New Hampshire. She helps with quality assurance and improvement measures by monitoring contract compliance, overseeing data integrity, reporting, and providing technical assistance to Recovery Community Centers across the state of New Hampshire.
Prior to this, she worked for the City of Nashua, Department of Public Health and Community Services to help develop the region’s continuum of care for substance use and facilitate stakeholder collaboration and integration to address identified gaps and barriers in services. Elyssa has a Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health from Colby-Sawyer College and a Master’s in Public Administration from Clark University.
